Founded in 1978 and based in Queens Park, SNESA Football Club currently has three senior teams in The Perth Football League.The highest being C2 LeagueWe are seeking applications from candidates willing to take on the task of putting together and coaching our first colts side since 2016.The ideal candidate will come from a football background with demonstrated experience as a coach at either junior or senior level, ideally with players of colts age or younger.The club currently has 8 registered colts aged players, who have identified 10-15 more players willing to come over and play at SNESA. We therefore have the prospect of recruiting another 20 to be able to comfortably register a colts team for 2022.
The expectation is that the ideal candidate will be responsible for putting the squad together. However, they will also have heavy support from the League and Reserves coaches as well as committee members. To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
- Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation
- A drivers Licence and own vehicle
- A working with Children check (or willing to get one)
- Able to adhere to club values of family, respect, hard work and community
- Able to commence no later than January 2022
- Ability to communicate strongly with the playing group
- Ability to work with young, developing players and provide regular feedback
- Proven planning and organisational skills.
- A strong desire for success.
