If Allan Stadjic wants to return Glory to the Glory days then he better find a way to put an end to the habit of conceding not long after scoring and taking the lead and conceding late and giving up 3 points. Fair dinkum I’m sick of seeing it unfold before my eyes.

Same shit different day. Absolute mob of chokers. Concede in the last 30 seconds of extra time YET AGAIN while 2-1 up. FFS give it away it's embarrassing. Mob of hacks this is probably the worst Glory squad I've ever seen. Don't know how Colli gets a game he's useless, Ivanovic useless, Benni not up to it just a kid. Back half too fkn slow, midfield can't control the ball.

We were lucky to be up 2-1 from a Newcastle mistake, we were the more attacking in second half but as usual couldn't put them away and this mentally weak squad concedes at the death again. FFS give it away.

Funny how we allways talk about the AFL"s impact on the Wafl.
And  we forget what the NSL/ A League has done to Wa Soccer.
Soccer in Wa was booming in the 1960's/70's +80'.Big crowds at local matches.Night series played at Perry Lakes and the Valadrome.
Standing room only at Dorian Gardens when Perth Azzurri played.
Other power clubs like Inglewood Kiev,Floreat Athena.,East Fremantle Tricolours,Spearwood Dalmatenacs,North Perth Croatia,West Perth Macadonia,Forrestfield United,Morley Windmills.
That once great competition is now all gone. And all they have is a crap A League team out of this state.
From memory Azzurri use to allways beat the east coast clubs in preseason matches.

Yeh, just prior to Perth Glory's existence the top few clubs here could match it with their NSL counterparts - probably because not too many of our best players went over east.

There's other reasons for the demise of the local leagues though - tv streaming has brought a whole world of football into our living rooms and people just aren't interested in going to watch some club down the road they have no connection to when they could be watching an  EPL game Saturday evening. This also affects the A League, and administrators there made a big mistake trying to get "the families" bums on seats at the expense of the "hooligan" element who actually wanted to be there - now they have neither watching.

The NPLWA also has a convoluted points system akin to the WAFL which limits squad strength which has taken the spectacle out of it somewhat - a lot of punters would rather watch state league 1 where there are no limits.

Turned it around against MacArthur (stupid name what does it represent?) but again did it the hard way coming back from 2-0 down at half time. And the ball lived in Glory's half in the last minute of the game. Alen Stajcic said after the game I think I need a good sleep tonight.

Colli and Ivanovic both played their best games in Glory colours. Surely they don't read Ozfooty do they? Lol
