There has been massive changes to the Glory line up for this up coming season. The biggest names going out and coming in are Diego Castro the maestro who dazzled the A League for 6 seasons and possibly the biggest signing in A League history in Daniel Sturridge. I don't follow European football but it seems this guy has done it all and at 32 has plenty of good football in front of him. Usually when an A League club brings in such a high level player he is usually washed up and his best days well and truly behind him but still a class or two above this comp.
Brandon O'Neil coming home is also a big coup but losing Ikonomidis and D'Agostino (both gone to Poppa's big dream) to coach a Big Club is a blow but I think the addition of Sturridge should offset those two and I think we'll see a rejuvenated Andy Keogh who will thrive alongside Sturridge.
There is also the addition of former Premier league goalie Brad Jones, a Perth boy originally who is now 40 but Liam Reddy I think turns 40 next year and shows no signs of slowing down but he will play second fiddle to Jones you would think. Bring it on.
