Hey Thefalconstrike your just dirty on him because he made that girls blouse Murnane pee his pants at lathlain when Brownie grabbed the mic off that reporter and threw it in the bin ,gold.... I played Little League for Perth that very day 30+ and still to this day remember standing in the Perth race near the Demons changerooms watching that all unfold from the Farmer brothers reports initially, Browny picking Murnane up by the throat and trying to bring the Reserves boys off the ground and then later on at qtr time of the League game the classic of Browny disposing that 7 reporter's microphone in the Keep Australia Beautiful Bin!
As an impressionable 11yo I hated the fact I was missing a Swans game that day but looking back it was certainly a great day to be at Lathlain Park watching it all proceed right in front of me!

Don't judge him too quickly freeze. Sure, he's been a bit of a thug over the years, but the mail coming from the east is that the bloke he belted deserved it. The guy has a bit of a history of mouthing off when he's pissed, so Brownie quietened him down this time.

When you behave like Campbell Brown has over a period of time, it's easy to draw comparisons with his old man. Unfortunately, having seen Malcolm on telly the other night,the kid has never stood a chance. A pair of ****wits

BH your recollection of the day re-Browny is spot on.
Browny was a colourful character and imo great for the game even though he pushed things to the enth degree.
Love him or hate him he was great for footy in this state!

Yep, yer right, let's take all the characters out of the game - the ones that we love to hate. That way we can have clean, sterile boring bunch of Dudley Do-rights. AFL is becoming boring enough as it is.

like I said I don't condone his language freeze. and I don't think he would care what we think either. Mal has lived his life that way right thru. no secrets with him .
