Is there a more stupid sport in the world than curling?????

Agree thats a silly sport RL.But we come from a Mediterranean climate.So most winter sports are foreign to us.
There is some really modern cool sports in the Winter Olympics.The half pipe.like the Summer Olympics.Allways adding modern sports to keep the next generation interested.
The 90 metre ramp is something else.What a legend Eddie the Eagle was to take that on.

Correct GTR,i've never been anywhere near a snowball,and i actually don't believe we should be allocating tax payer funded money to what are basically in this country ''niche''sports.

Its an exhiliarating sport GTR,but unless we start getting snow blizzards in lesmurdie,how do we practice for it?

RL was watching the build up to the opening ceremony.Doing story's on the Aussie winter athlete's.There all based in Russia,Scandanavia, Switzerland,France and where else it snows a lot.

Ice hockey would be about the only sport there worth watching.
And agreed on the curling, how absurd.

Mcbob our Curling team was kicked out of China this morning.One of the Aussies tested positive to COVID-19.

Yeah saw that.  Its still an absurd sport.  

Boycotting it due to being in China, plus its all alien to me anyway.
