What an embarrassing bunch of flogs. In saying that it's of course always a minority. But had the Australian Open on today, not really into it but it was on in the background nonetheless.

Two things prompt me to write this. Firstly the peanut protester (probably some hairy armpitted lesbian) that was clearly there not for the tennis who shouted out during a point. At the end of the point the mole was most likely marched out and hopefully is spending the night in a cold cell and cops a huge fine and is banned from entering any sporting arena for 5 years.

Then in the closing ceremony when the American lady, not sure who she is, was trying to express what a tough year it's been was booed when she mentioned vaccines, then not long after booed when she mentioned the Victorian government.

Classless bunch of imbeciles and no doubt in the gen Y and millennial group.

Not a good look for the CoVics who think they are the "Sporting Capital of the World" self proclaimed of course....obviously they havent heard of nor been to places like London, New York, Paris, LA.......

Sadly to the rest of the world looking on though lads, these people will be looked upon as Australian wierdo's....not Victorian wierdo's....whilst not a good look for Victorians, even worse look for Australians as a whole....

couldn't think of two worse winners in terms of arrogance then Osaka and Novak...the former publicly took the piss out of her opponent in the post match victory speech and the latter taking the piss out of all n sundry by not wearing his mask into the arena, despite everyone else having to....even his opponent....

I don;t think people here know just how much of a guts full Victorians have had of Andrews, thats what the were booing.

That is how I saw the report too.
There has to be people out there somewhere (surely I'm not the only one) asking the question of why the 'tournament' was allowed to proceed in the first place!
Given the fact Andrews and Tilly are both fairly arrogant to begin with. Then some of the whingeing tennis players behaviour did themselves no favours, thinking they are above everyone else!
They should have simply thanked their lucky stars they were allowed here, I would have thought?
For mine, too many unanswered questions (much like the hotel quarantine scam) are remaining.
And the crowd I think venting their feelings toward Andrews and the TA lady. Is how it looked from here.
