In what capacity MM? The colts job at East Perth is open isn't it? So it wasn't going to be as Colts Coach.

Reserves or league assistant. I expect to see Swans go on another raid on EP players. Plenty of good young colts Pickering knows well.

Board has to tick off on any job offer first. Let's hope we finally got an applicant who wants the job.

part of the process...selection panel makes recommendation to board who tick off on it...assume they will announce as soon as they have signature on paper

To further answer your question 42 whoever gets the gig needs to want to return the black and whites in to a force in the WAFL competition. Premierships are a minimum requirement. This is not a job to accept because you want it to look good on your CV. You are either passionate about the SDFC and setting standards for our entire operation to engage and live up to or bugger off with your application. This is no easy gig so whoever comes must come whole heartedly. I would hope we get this kind of coach and not someone who just wants a job for a bit.

DW I understood that part it was the bit about the applicant wanting the job that I was asking for clarification.
