That happened this exact same time last year as well!

He was already signed up with us so doubt he could've got out of that if true.

It is a joke but! For guys to even contemplate leaving they arent just getting offered an extra 1-$200. More like 3-4-$500 plus extras.

This time last year $cumiaco offered Davo twice what he was getting at Swans and he was our reigning Swan Medallist and one of our highest paid if not highest paid player and they had won the premiership and they could still offer twice more $$$$ (all under the salary cap of course) ..as 42 said the lilly livered WAFC turn a blind eye to this shit constantly I spose it helps having someone on the Commission!

It's amusing how you swans people continue to believe you sit on the high moral ground regarding recruiting and local development. Where were you when your mob had money and were recruiting eastern states players and non locals as you wished. If your previous admin hadn't pissed it all up against the wall and you still had that money, you would have continued along the same route you followed on the way to that solitary flag in '10. The work hypocricy comes to mind.

we never had money, people in our club had no financial skills and were spending money we didn't have..
the only way Swans have ever made money is by getting players drafted..
if you're going to tell a story, get some facts into it or keep wearing your stupid cap..
