I was skimming through the fixtures in last weekends football budget to check out who each team is playing over the next few weeks and I noticed on July 18th that Swans are down for a home game against West Perth, however unlike all the other fixtures, no venue is listed.
This has happened in previous seasons and is usually a precursor to the game being rescheduled from Bassendean to a country venue.
Are any of the Swans members on here aware of any mooted change and if there are plans to shift this game away from Bassendean why has there been no general communication with members either via Social media or email?
I hope this is a misprint but based on previous years experience I am a bit concerned.

Better not be Mike, as I posted after the Mt Barker game we had better not put our hand up to play in the country for another decade at the very least let some of the weaker supported clubs play in those games. Also a record of 2 wins, 1 draw from 20 odd games doesn't help the cause!

Actually isn't the testimonial for Tallan Ames and Swoop on that night? So theres no way they would play that game anywhere but Bassendean I'm sure

Correct Mikeh the testimonial is on 18th July.
