Rogers and Elari have flourished since coming to Swans so what does that tell you about Perth ???? Houghton will be handy

WTF!
Elari was good at Perth all bar that 1 year where he along with many others didnt want to play under McMahon.

Rogers was plain lazy imo!
And yes the change has done him wonders as it does in a lot of cases involving players changing clubs.

Talking Lazy thats exactly what Houghton is,for a bigger bloke he doesnt impose himself,he's a bit soft really.

Houghton approached Swans about the move so its all up to him now to work hard to get a game, if he doesnt he will be in the 2nds..

Latch got dropped late in the year and didnt want to to keep training with the league squad for the 1st semi so best he has a change as well I would think.

Latch never seemed to recover his form in any consistency after that pig from Subi knocked him out in the dirtiest deliberate head high attack I saw all season during that night game at Leederville. Might get a game a bit easier at Perth which may booster his confidence a little which he seemed to lack a bit at times. At times is a bit reactive and I put that down to lack of confidence at the level. Is a good size and might be ok if he can stay injury free, string some games in the ones together on the trot and start to add an attacking element to his defensive game although that might be hard to do at the Demons if the yellow footy that infects this team still gets played under the new coach.

To be fair he had massive competion to be in that back 6 which is where we are the strongest.

Michael Florio has walked out of Perth and gone to amateurs.

What are your thoughts on him? Could Swans pick him up and add some experience depth to our midfield?

Our midfield is just fine.

Mix of youngsters and old heads will get us up and about.

Disappointing to read that Banfield will be out for a big chunk of the season. He would have been very handy.

When he comes back it will just be the cherry on the cake..........

Our squad barring any major injuries will have us in finals contention and when Banfield comes back it will be a bonus and shore up a finals spot.

Mark my words we have a midfielder whos going to win the sandover this year if he lasts all season.
