Both Bancroft and Whiteman should be dropped but they won 't be Phillipe should open with short Turner to come back as well as Agar pick players on form the bowlers can't be excepted to prop the batting up all the time

Hopefully WA (minus our best bowler Richardson) can at least make a game of it vs NSW next week in Sydney against a side that will contain the worlds number 1 batsman (Smith), number 1 bowler (Cummins) and 6 of the current Test Team (Smith, Warner, Cummins, Starc, Hazlewood, Lyon) and a few others that have also worn the Baggy Green Cap (Henriques, Nevill, O'Keefe & Copeland) although it could have been even worse as Kurtis Patterson is out injured.

Just became harder now BH. Cameron Bancroft has been drafted into the Australia A game in pace of Nic Maddison who has withdrawn from the team with mental health concerns.

How in fark does Bancroft get selected?...scores have been piss poor this season....is he going to open...no he is going to bat middle order....Will he bat there if selected for Aust test side....no....seriously a joke...Defeats the purpose of players scoring runs if favourites will get picked despite not in form....

Yeah I saw that Mike gee not good for Maddinson who has had previous concerns in that space, we wish him the best.
Darcy Short has been called into the WA squad as a cover replacement for Bancroft.

Not too sure how it is harder without Bancroft - you never know he may get replaced with someone who understands the concept of scoring runs, which may actually make things easier for those batting at 4, 5, 6, or 7.
