Did Cody have it in his contract he wants red cordial during the breaks? And when the trainers only gave him Gatorade, well....... breach of contract right there. No case to answer. Fait accompli right there.

Can you give examples since you are quoting history? Wasn’t there an EF player that wanted to go to Swans about a decade ago maybe longer. I recall being a long drawn out saga but he eventually got to Swans. Pasini something like that?

Arbitration is a process where both parties present evidence to an independent third party (the arbitrator) who then determines the outcome.

Pretty sure most of us know what arbitration is.

There's only one piece of evidence PFC has to present and that's Leggett's signed contract Custy. Unless Perth are in breach or it was unconscionable from the outset, Leggett hasn't got a snowball's chance in hell of playing for EF this year unless both parties agree on a compromise.

That may well be the case but that is for the arbitrator to decide. Unless you are privy to the details of the contract we can’t know how the outcome of the arbitration process. For the sake of all concerned the sooner this matter is put to rest the better.

You’re spot on. And it’s going to arbitration.

Well that would be a neat trick MA, given the WAFC imposed recruiting restrictions on Subi.
Just chose to ignore that so you can again express your psychopathic hatred of Subi?

Did Cody lose his copy in the move over summer? Or did the Fremantle Doctor blow it away?
