You can't blame west coast astro. They've bought themselves a reserves team, so are entitled to do what they want with them. Same as when you buy a house...you can change whatever you like. It was always going to happen, will happen eventually, but all the club that used to be east perth could see was flags and $$$$.

Yep, could see the writing on the wall there. Sad to say some people think the big business alignment is all rosey and cosey. As said club has clearly shown - who gives a monkeys toss about the supporters, fans and wafl goers. (Or should I remark ex wafl?)
Many would be dismayed to see their colours change, but the general populus probably wouldn't give a damn.

They'll concoct some fantistical story for changing the jumper colours which the members will simply 'accept' and that will be the end of that.

I would have thought that it might not be so easy to change.

Change to the constitution I would have thought.

That would mean a substantial vote by the members.

Well that just about counts me out. We were promised this wouldn't happen, but I have heard that if the Eagles members get made East Perth members then they get to vote as far as the constitution is concerned as the change will be inevitable.......50 years down the proverbial......
