It seems that with a little input from outside the group but within the club there is always room for change.
Souths played hard, fair and at times good football. You don't have boys collecting 37, 29, 22 and 21 possessions in a game without being good players. Although the souths best players show a different list it was a good effort from them and they will obviously build from here.
For EP players who do the hard things like Ciaran Allsop, who support the Stan Wrights, the Connor De Campos and Steve Murphy in the backline, who deserve their place in he team show what can be achieved.
Once again Messers Dobson and Di Placido showed what good players they are being ON the ground and not being rotated at a willy nilly process. It was also heartening to see Tahir Bayok show the run and pressure that he is capable of over a whole game. Colts players need to be on the ground and not confused by a made shuffle process!
The two boys who debuted and received the jumpers before the game, a new innovation for us, Mr Ameduri and Mr Edwards did well enough to show there are some good boys coming through for next year andwith the RIGHT processes we will get back to where we should be!
