Grump; Tom is the sixth home-grown player in eight matches to have made his debut this year.

Not bad for a Club where most opposition supporters said the youngsters wouldn't get a look-in because of the West Coast presence.

Good luck to all of the young players; but, we all know they are playing because of the injuries being suffered by EP league players and the injuries to the Eagles players.

The but was unnecessary, most younger players who make their debut can trace the reason back to injuries at ERT or any club.
