I’m not sure what you mean by my mob DG. I don’t  barrack for the Dockers.
Personally I don’t think it is wrong for an AFL club to pick Kuek in the mid-season draft and I’ve explained why I think it’s reasonable for the Dockers to pick him.
I personally would prefer that more successful WAFL players get drafted rather than the speculative picks from the Victorian colts comp and that is more likely to happen with a mid season draft. Whether you like the mid season draft if not it is here and I think it at least has a silver lining for “mature age” WAFL players.
Subi gets more taken than any one, do you disagree that one reason  players are attracted to Subi is because they think it gives them the best chance to get into the AFL as a mature ager?

Fair enough Factor.
The mid season draft is good for the players but is it all about the players? If they are good enough they should get picked up anyway. Why cant they just have a mature age draft in November and have bigger lists?
Definitely, that's because we train harder ;)

Whoops, I forgot about the hard training factor. My bad. 😂
Personally I’d like to see the draft age lifted and bigger lists. But I think there’ll be peace in the Middle East sooner.

I think we may've found a replacement for Sebit today,Richard  Graham's boy Tommy, really straightened us up and we looked a different team.

I think you blokes got Eddie Simpson as a direct swap for Bonomelli, whose stats for you guys doesn't fill me with a lot of optimism.

Thanks, Freez, and may I reciprocate by saying well done to your Sharks on another strong win.
In such an even season, being able to win the "close ones" will be the difference between finishing 1-2-3  or 4-5-6 ...
From an East Perth perspective, it was a gutsy effort to honour the 1972 and 2002 premiership teams who had a combined 50/20-year reunion at the club today (and a fantastic function it was).
It's been a long time since I've seen a more committed and desperate Royals side.
After Claremont kicked the first two goals in the opening five minutes of the final quarter to reduce the deficit to 19 points, there was a danger that a relatively young side would lack the self-belief to go on and win.
However, full credit to the boys for regrouping and winning reasonably comfortably in the finish.

History is littered with examples of players who've excelled at their second club after struggling at their first, royallucky, so let's wish Nick Bonomelli all the best if he's indeed moved from Old Easts to Young Easts.
Good luck also to Eddie Simpson ... except when he plays against East Perth.

I see Sebit Kueck is going gangbusters at the Dockers AFL full time professional football factory, where he has amassed in 3 league and 1 reserve games for Peel,  the princely total of 3 goals.
