So...here we go finally...with a shortened season the teams that prepare best and hit the ground game ready will be hard to beat. Is that us? I guess time will tell. The big bonus is that we've only lost T E-B, Simon Moore, Clanger and Justin Joyce from a side who won last years GF by 90 points. Perth, Tiges, SF to press so should be an interesting season. Bring it on.

Well that's good news ...T E-B is back at Subi from Williamstown. But the bad news is that we got a rotten draw with the fixtures playing Swans, Peel and WP all away from home and have a bye in round 2 which is not ideal. It looks like some travel is on the cards. :pinch:

Yes but you do get to play on the best ground in WA when you play the mighty DEES.

I don't disagree about it being a danger game DF. With a shortened season and your off-season signings, I sincerely believe Perth will be in the mix this year.

Probably true - but I notice the WAFL are falling over backwards to make Perth a success this year so fully expecting a Perth Premiership. And good on you. But to me it has a smell of the Peel fabricated premierships.
