It says Tom Breeze is 2 weeks away but he has played the last 2 weeks in the 2's

Guys, despite what it says on the injury update site, as I mentioned on another thread, Horse won't be back before the finals and that's straight from the "Horses Mouth" to me as well as another club official.
You will note that our club web-site does now include the Injury Update section. This was as a result of me sending an email to Peter Capes to address this a few weeks back. He did say it's tricky as coaches don't always like giving out information but I said if it's good enough for the AFL to do it, then why not WAFL clubs, particularly with the lack of info on WAFL in the papers these days.
To his credit he followed through and it is now there albeit it's only as good as the person up-dating it and it may not always be perfect but at least it's there!!!!
I also asked Peter to address the situation of the loud unnecessary music that used to stream from the grandstand right about the time the assistant coaches and particularly the head coach was addressing the players at quarter time and three quarter time huddles, making it very difficult for supporters to hear the address, which to me is one of the real up-sides to attending WAFL matches.
Again to his credit, he took this up with the grounds-man and the last two home matches I've attended I have noticed a big improvement in this regard.
It's nice to know the club does take notice of constructive criticism.

17 players with 8 of those regular league, great credit to the players filling the gaps and the coaching staff to keep things rolling. With that list you'd forgive the boys if they drop one of the next 2, although every player is playing for a spot in the finals team, no one wants to miss the opportunity so you'd expect they will be totally switched on, Schoey will demand it.

not sure what's wrong with Joyce as he's been good for us the last couple of weeks.

On that bench expect Twomey, Halligan and Bryan are guaranteed to play. Will be interesting to see how Halligan and Ryan work together, along with Stevo and Sokol, that's potentially a pretty potent forward line. Will need that broad spread of talent up forward in the finals to try and match Souths who have the best forward line going around. Rain is expected, hopefully not the biblical deluge that almost washed out the pommie game up at Joondy last time we played the Munchers.
