It's not poaching when a player goes to a another club after being told their services are not required.

too true JD62. I thought poaching was when you took something of value off another by foul means i.e offering more money...this kid played 5 ressies and 7 colts game for the jerkers last year...hardly a marquee signing I would have though...poaching??? yeah right...let go of it before it falls off tfs...
