I think we could be in for another hiding this week as Freo are just about at full strength which means the Chunder will be too.  I'm not sure we'll see Delahunty, Rohde or Heal back so will go in understrength particularly down back again.  Team make up will be interesting as now we can't make the finals, will we see a flood of young blokes getting a chance?  In saying that, I think we've played just about everyone who could take the next step so not sure who else could get a crack at league level.   Maybe give the likes of Robbins, Golding, Breman, Eaton and co an extended run at it until the end of the season could be the way to go.

Max injured I presume. Can't remember if Paterson is any good. No mullane is surprising. Clear talent.

BC, it's a much better line up with the return of Harris, Heal and Rohde, Maxy is a big out.

Braut at FF wont happen, I'd like to see him get some time through the mids, his physicality can give some cover and space for the playmakers in Kitch, Marsh, the Hickmonts and Harris. Snadden had a good game last week but would like to see some more aggression from him, he has some size and like Braut, can help create some space for our playmakers.
I thought Putt was pretty good against a very good Goddard last week, he was a bit more involved and aggressive, maybe it was his new Hitler youth haircut.

FART have some very handy ins as well. Would be a big bowlover if we get over them on their own dungheap.

Patterson is making his debut tomorrow. Looks like they are giving everyone a game. Pararone only got 1 game but he had little impact in tough conditions.

JL does that make it 17 or 18 debutants this year, quite extraordinary. Thats a full on-field team of newby's.

My concern is SS that it's a bit of a revolving door and guys like Alone, Eaton, Stergiou, Robbins and co haven't really had a decent run at it. One or two games just isn't enough to get up to league standard plus it's disruptive to team balance.

Paterson has the right attitude. Looks like he wants to be out there. Wants the ball.  Savigni can really play. Henderson good too. Mullane should come in for Farone. The latter is too light. Vanirsen is one of our better youngsters.

Putty battled manfully. Meek and treacy tried to monster us. In the end,  Watson and Henry were too quick for us.

Subi were valiant. Enjoyable game.

Cant question the endeavour, just that FART had more class with all their Freo contingent, plus 2 real big fellas in Meek and Treacy who dominated the hitouts and made life easy for their playmakers, something we didn't have enough of. Putt did as well as one could expect against massive odds and no back up which was a strange selection move given the size that FART had. We had Heal, Borch & Braut having to back up in the ruck. if that doesn't get our recruiters off their arses to go looking for a quality experienced ruckman then nothing will. Braut looked to be carrying an injury, commentator said a hammy but looked more like a thigh or hip. Fart dominated the 2nd half and had the ball inside the forward line for what appeared like 70% of the half but were inaccurate so the final score flattered Subi big time. 25 scoring shots to 14 tells the story, could well have been a 50 point loss.

Great fight back in the ressies to get over the line by 5 points after giving up a halftime lead. Colts score again flattered Subi with Peel having 17 more scoring shots.
