Just incredible how quick the season comes around

here we are just one day to go...

and wow what a cracker this should be.

looking forward to it as are the Centurions Crew, start time pretty good for mine, a twilight game.

Midfield ascendancy is where this game will be won and lost. Ex EF boy Solomon in for his first game, will be keen to impress. Looks like a lot of the grunt work midfield will fall upon the shoulders of Kelly , Schloithe , Hams , Cook and Garlett and co in Hockey's absence. I would like to see young Florenca play our depth in this area needs to be deeper.
Our forwards need to extract the digit as in all of our past encounters with Subi they have all been well held apart from Johnson who does give them a few headaches.At the other end our back six on paper look ok, although I do feel for the one that will be given first crack at Ryan he is a class act...I still think we look slow in this area and will need to keep building our depth.....Team Defence will be crucial , we still leaked a lot of points as a team that finished in the top half of the ladder. Looking forward to the contest.

Both teams with some key players out so evens up I guess, Hockey out balanced by Cockie but I think Souths have the edge in the talls but that edge may be dulled by some forecast wet weather.

Should be a great contest first up.
