Nothing to do with the RSPCA, Its a loophole in the law that allows people to get away with killing animals as long the animal doesn't suffer. I suppose it was designed so that abbatoirs can kill cows and sheep without prosecution. The police may be able to charge the moron under the protection of native animals Act.

Yes. That just about summarises it.
Being suggested by some people that Kevin didn't suffer. Only let out a short brief and quick squawk before his demise. Therefore, no sufferance took place apparently.

It just astounds me that you can be so mentally deranged to do this to a defenceless bird. Not only should this arsewipe be charged, but also sent for psychiatric evaluation as there's something not quite right imo.

The Parky is one of many great old pubs in the Perth Hills mate....Mundaring Weir Hotel, Kalamunda Hotel, John Forrest, Elizabethan, Mt Helena, Noble Falls etc
