Looks like Vlad is really hitting the panic button, his army is being towelled up and the entire front is about to collapse leaving whats left trapped sitting ducks.

Calling up and bunch of untrained kids for canon fodder to pump into a meat grinder with no decent armour left , to a be chewed up by a a hardened skilled and better kitted out Ukraine army defending its homeland.

The countdown is on for how long he can hang onto power before ending up like Gadaffi and other despots dead in the street.

Russians can’t get out of there quick enough. One way tickets selling like hot cakes. The trouble is the more desperate this man gets the more likely it is he’ll start using chemical weapons or worse, nuclear.

The Ukraine has enlisted all able body men aged between 16 and 60.There Army before the Russian invasion was 
146,000 regular soliders
190,000 reservists
There Army is currently 900,000 men
750,000 reservists
And the capacity to increase there armed forces by another 2,000,000 men.Add the thousands of mercenary's who looks after the conscripts.
190,000 anti tank weapons and massive anti aircraft defenses.
It was said that the Russian army ran out of ammunition a few weeks ago.And the only country who still had old Soviet style ammunition was North Korea.Russia will replace NK's old stockpile of ammo when the Ukraine war is over.
It looks like the Russians are throwing all the old tech weapons up against the best weapons Nato has.Trying to wear the Ukraine forces down.
This does look like a Nazi V Soviet Union battle .But this time the Russians are out numbered 4-1,unlike WW2.

My understanding is that there is plenty of reason for it. NATO keeps getting too close to Russia. Imagine if the Russians put bases in Canada and Cuba - Uncle sam wouldn't like it. They would warn them not to but if they did - Uncle sam would annex Cuba and big parts of Canada. At least that is my understanding

There is no good reason at all that people continue to die as a result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. NATO at its doorsteps was never the Kremlins concern. The concern is the political competition that it sees as a threat to its authoritarian rule. The regime change that occurred in Ukraine in 2014 and the democratisation that followed there sets a very bad example in Russia and risks destabilising the Putin regime.

That's Putins excuse and its utter BS,

All he wants is ownership and control over Ukraine, and a new USSR, because if Ukraine is a Pro West Democracy on his door step Russians wil get the idea that it can happen in Russia as well - and thats good night to his deictatorship and billions in ripped off cash he's made.

Ukraine seem to be making big gains in the south as well now, Russia looks like its whole stinking occupation might be about to collapse.

What we know now is the Putins army is largely a a dud, NATO hasnt even started on them yet, Poland who have one of the largest best kitted out armies in Europe alone would probably towel up a good portion of Russians rust bucket army.
