Why the fuck would a community outdoor event like this where people are spread out over a very large area need to be cancelled? What a load of shit.

Reading between the lines, the Mandurah town council got cold feet at the last moment. Is my understanding. There is talk of a similar event being held in the second half of the year. By then, should be less uncertainty in society one would hope.
