I've always said there will be a massive over reaction to the banking royal commission and that's exactly what happened. It's near on impossible to get a bank loan to buy property these days or refinance. Now is the time to relax the ridiculous lending criteria. I'm not talking about credit cards I'm talking about people who want to buy a home or refinance.

The absolute bullshit they had to go through and it’s not their first home loan. My brother has approximately $2mill in assets with 100k debt but can’t get al lone for his farm. His wife has a casual primary school teacher but no joy Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!
