Waiting for Alan Joyce to say " Overpaying or underpaying is just the luck of the Irish"

This is happening far to often these days.With big Australian company's underpaying there workers.Just had Coles+Woolies do the same.
Both Labour and Liberal have been on about the Global economy +International competetiveness since the 1980's.And have kicked the Trade Unions back to the stone age.Our IR system is far from balanced ATM.

And this is not simply a pilot error if I could use that phrase.
It is a huge systemic problem in this country.
Why is it too many people are working and yet still unable to earn enough?!?
Take the fast food joint Grill'd for example of underpaying staff by about 3 or 4 dollars/ hour. Using the excuse of paying people less because they were in """training""".
The abc has been caught out underpaying about 2000 staff in 2019.
Super Cheap Auto and BCF had been underpaying for about 6 years before an announcement was made.
And don't get me started on one of the bloody banks with their "errors in the system" with 8000 staff being affected.
Wesfarmers have also been very naughty with underpaying Target employees of some 9 million dollars.
7-Eleven was in the news for all the wrong reasons a couple of years ago.
And so it goes on and on and on and on.
And qantas doing the same from 2011 to the tune of about 7 million. With about 650 staff being affected.
