What’s come out of this week is clear. Caleb Serong is the best first round pick at Fremantle since Mathew Pavlich. It’s not going to be easy keeping this kid in Western Australia. I think he and Hayden Young who Fremantle picked before him are pretty close. If we can hang onto these two for their entire careers we’ll be tasting premiership success at some point during their careers.

It should give the likes of Fyfe and Walters a lot of confidence going forward. Mundy played his best game this season, hopefully he is keen to go around again next year. Nice debut by Tobe Watson and great first game back from Crowden after being out for a while.
