Nelly was injured mate.. dont know what happened there.
He was also reported didnt see that either. Tribunal hasnt come up on WAFL site yet should be on tomorrow.
VB was lucky his boxing skills are down as he took a swing at a SD player in front of grandstand and missed but if he had of connected would of got at least 2 weeks.
Tagging WP players would be a waste of time as who would you tag.. Blackie,Nellie,Kerr,Strijk, Manzone and a couple of others.

We can mix it with anyone incuding Subi even though they are trying to buy a GF with their kitty. That has failed before with EP trying the same thing a few years ago. I think we have proven we have the fitness to beat anyone. Especially in the last qtr LOL

Not that impressed with Fowler or Kietel at the moment as they run around in circles a lot. Tall players is the reason I am give that we have them but I WOULD prefer smaller players who are proven and know how to tackle and play the ball. Tyler has a bit to learn and will develop that is for sure but just not up to league standard at the moment.

Got 3/4 players in ressies who are showing good form.
Crispy is Coming good and getting his fitness back. Played brilliantly out of the centre in the last qtr that helped us win the game from the centre.
Teddy is still struggling but putting in. Could come back into defence if improves over the next couple of games. Braydon Antonio always works hard and is very effective suggest he wouldnt have a problem in our forward line at League level.

All good and have certainly enjoyed the season so far... Gotta keep the pretenders from Peel and EP out of the 2nd position if possible and both baying at our heels now for a home final IF THE WAFC let us play at home...
SF and CLA to go and neither game will be easy but attainable if we maintain our form.

Looking forward to our game at Freo next week. Not always a happy hunting ground for us. We will be in finals without a doubt so we will be in the run home.

CARDY if WP are not allocated a home final if they finish they should take out a court injunction - which will be successful.

Walton et al should RESIGN NOW.

Cardy,

Fowler played a good game on the w/end and got plenty of the ball up the ground, seems a good move by Bill as he is not the best goal square forward atm. Kietel was not brilliant but did some good things. With Rasmussen, Shannon, Teddy, Jones and Rodda to come back in, I reckon we are well placed.

I agree, Leedy. Fowler was used up the ground in the second half against the Sharks and looked good. It was a good move by Bill, bit like using Lourey in the square. Don't forget that Kietel is being used in the ruck as well, hes only a young bloke and I would pick him every week.

Compared to every other club's offerings they are miles ahead and I'd have to rate them with legendary status. Whilst $5 for a small bucket may seem steep the quality of these steak cut chips could not be ignored and I had to go back for seconds. If Mr Mysterious from out Wanneroo way is still hovering around I'd seriously suggest he gives the ammos a miss one week and go try out these tasty delights. Quite possibly the best hot chip I've ever been served. Kudos to the ladies and to the quality of their work. :cheer:

Enjoyed my half time coffee from the ladies with the mobile van next to the members. It was an excellent brew....

Gee, im glad you blokes did alright, the booze upstairs was warm and the service was slow. This is the second time we grizzled to the manageress, she's cool by the way and by the time the third round was brought the beer was cold.

Good to see double jeopardy isn't a consideration with respect to the multiplicity of charges against Rudy Riddoch. As for the joke with respect to the alleged melle of 3 players (2 Swans and 1 West Perth) - I wouldn't have thought that 3 would be a sufficient number to form a quorum for a melee.

Interesting one Chooka, plays forward but averages less than a goal a game , seemed he played better up the ground at the weekend , bringing the ball back in the forward line. ultimately i would think his role is to kick goals . With Rodda and Teddy coming back , would playing kietel forward be a viable option?

WP COLTS. Round 20 and 21

Great to see our colts have a win against the top side on the day. Swans have now dropped to 2nd on the Colts ladder but there games points will leave SD and CLA to fight it out for first and second place. interesting to see the Free kick count WP 25 SD 12 (looks like the Swannies boys were a bit undisciplined on the day.

3RD thru to 7th spots are still up for grabs making it very interesting and must win games for all sides.

Ladder at www.wafl.com.au/ladders

WP plays SF this week where SF have a huge percentage so this is a crucial game for WP.
Then the next week it is CLA who are ladder leaders.

Our team is going well with a couple of players leading the way especially Hinchy who is an outstanding player but he has some good team mates to help him along. Troy Manners had a blinder with 25 disposals and our top possession getter.

All the best to the Colts for the remainder of the season. Whatever the result our boys have had a good season under Craig Thomas
