Easy Leedy... They win we lose we drop below them on the ladder
Of little consequence really.. Maybe there is a story to be told? Cant really see it though. SF would be above us on the ladder for season 2014. Gee that is exciting.
But then again we have to lose to Perth.

I am more interested in the placings in the 4 for a home final SD have to make up 2% appx and they will get a home final. Nothing would surprise me as EF have a bad habit of falling in a hole occasionly.. Someone said Subi would have to win by around 40 points and Swans would jump to third assuming the results fall their way.
Subi cant lose 2nd spot due to their percentage whatever the result.

I was looking forward to going to the Shark pit if they get a home game but I have a feeling our Ressies will play at Medibank on the same day as WPFC will most probably be playing Subi in the Ressies at Medibank due to Subi playing there in the League.

(still can change depending on results)

I have a strong feeling WP will be in the GF with the players listed above comming back. So a few WP supporters will boost the GF game due to circumstances beyond their control.

I will certainly follow the Reserves where ever they play unfortunately knowing the WP supporters mindset suspect a lot wont. Sure I will see you there

Cardy I reckon Cl will have just as many boys dropping back to the reserves from the league as WP mate.....Cl for me will be a good bet to push Subi for the reserves flag.......fellas like Ledger,Abbott etc in the form they are in could be more than a handfull at the reserves level......touch wood EP win their game next week and push them out of the four.......rather EF play EP reserves in the 1st semi than Cl!......saying that though if WCE fail to make the finals they could fill the EP league side with a shed load of AFL boys thus resulting in a few good EP league boys dropping back to the reserves

Agree mate Claremont look good yesterday against our Reserves but having said that our Reserves team (no offence meant to any players) was a scratch side if you look at the Regular KEY reserves players who had been elevated to the League and performed well at that level. As you say players will come back to the reserves who are eligible being the 5 game rule. Some of the reserves will be dropped but the club comes first and most of our players who are in the league played the MAJORITY of their games in the Reserves anyway and deserve the rewards of playing finals footy

It was a bit of a problem last year when our League was in the GF and on the same day our Reserves also had a GF.. Creates a bit of a enigma for the selectors and stretches your playing group. SF on the day dropped some League players back as they didnt have that problem hence our WP Reserves were out classed on the day. :(
Thats the way the penny drops and it would be very hard for any WAFL side who have both reserves and League in the Final game with injuries etc etc.

This year we only have the one unit up there so if they make the GF we will be able to put our best side out there and we will have quite a few who have had league experience due to our Coach giving a lot of Reserves players a run to prepare them for next year.

Nothing can be done about the imbalance and thats footy.

Finally the WAFL/WAFC have created a big imbalance by allowing EP to field a Eagles team of professional footballers. It is certainly not a level playing field as EP have a huge player base where a lot of them are already eligible to play WAFL FINALS

Looking forward to the Reserves series of finals becauee at least it will be predominately WAFL BASED :)
