Right now I am just SO done and dusted not only with the AFL, but with Nathan Buckley in particular.

BUCKLEY wants to introduce a MID-year draft on WAFL sides to bolster AFL teams that have injury problems. Of course this won't affect the Eagles PUPPETS or the Mandurah DORKERS, thereby FURTHER weakening the other seven sides in the competition over here.
Page four of today's Pre-game lift-out in the West Australian.

This CONSTANT RAPE & PILLAGE of the WAFL by the AFL has got to be STOPPED.

Totally agree. Ive been sick and tired of the arrogance and selfishness of the AFL clubs for a long time.
I believe that they think they are the only ones that matter.
The WAFC should stand up to them but they wont because they are just a spineless board that do everything they are told to do by the AFL clubs.

Incredible example of how the AFL treat WAFL..We are 2nd class shit kickers for the AFL and the buzzards are hovering over our league.

Everything for them and teams will lose key players mid season.
They take their players hosted to our clubs and start their own little teams who have definate advantages and now they want to take key players from the WAFL mid season.
It could even damage WAFL clubs premiership chances.
Maybe good for the guys who get drafted and certainly good for them is the only positive if any positives can be found..
Like I keep saying they are moving in by stealth and more is waiting in the wings.

Its time the WAFL and the presidents made a stand or I will be taking a walk
God helps those that help themselves but it appears we DONT WANT TO HELP OURSELVES
This message represents the official view of the voices in my head

Surely the AFL can wait another 6 months for the annual draft. This will cause a disruption to all clubs in both competitions. On the AFL side, the new draftees will cause some senior players to become obsolete causing instability for the players omitted.
Nathan Buckley knows that his season is a disaster and is making statements for his own publicity. Any radical plan is worth a try with his club failing on field.
A few year ago Kevin Sheedy made a brainless recommendation that all WA players should qualify for the Sandover Medal. This meant including players of any AFL club who didn't play WAFL game that year. He was game enough to publicise a list in the newspaper with all the current medalists replaced.
Buckley and Sheedy, to put it nicely I don't like either of them.
Quite regularly people ask me which AFL team do I support. I proudly say that I don't support AFL at all.
