Barney wrote: Laughing at the amount of WP fans I have seen this week that are not going to this game because "I don't want to give money to East Perth". No fans jump off the bandwagon more than Falcons supporters! Say the real reason you aren't going, you're scared of getting pantsed.

WP fans know the ground well, they know all the gates and holes in the fence to get in free so they don't pay the gate for games at Leederville anyway. Even games against us. So you wouldn't be giving them money even if you did go, just need an excuse for jumping off.

Was topped off last week with Atkinson "taking a stand" that just happened to coincide with WP season being as good as officially done.

Those who took the same stance earlier this year missed your best win of the season. Would be so funny if you miss this win as well. Think you're a chance as well, always lift for a derby and half of the EP team wouldn't care less.

"All of the WP fans are jumping off" I can only see Cardy not going to the game in rejection of the alignment, he has stuck with that stance from the out set. Barney, where have you been anyway mate ?

Thanks for your update on those 3 players Leedy :(

WPFC hasnt updated injury list but here is a good preview of how we stand.
Article by Chris Pike on WPFC website

Not only does West Perth have to deal with having flown to Melbourne on Monday, played in Geelong on Tuesday night, flown back to Perth on Wednesday afternoon and now getting prepared to play the Royals on Saturday, the Falcons have plenty of injuries to deal with as well.

Kody Manning was already missing from the Foxtel Cup grand final on Tuesday night with a shoulder injury as were Nick Rodda and Steve Potente with knee complaints.

The experienced Andrew Strijk then copped a corked thigh early in the Foxtel Cup match on Tuesday night. While he was able to play on during the night, once it cooled down it hasn’t pulled up well and won't be playing on Saturday against East Perth to add to his 148 matches with West Perth.

Prolific ball-winning midfielder Shane Nelson is also struggling coming out of Tuesday night's clash in Geelong, but will be given every chance to get up and play on Saturday.

Half-forward Matt Johnson and versatile big man Shaun Marusic also go out of the West Perth team that both lost to Subiaco in the WAFL two weeks ago and in the Foxtel Cup grand final to Williamstown on Tuesday night.

Max Alexander, Corey Chalmers, Ben King, Aidan Lynch, Trent Manzone, Drew Rohde, Kris Shannon and Mitch van Berlo are all added to the West Perth squad to face East Perth on Saturday.

Alexander has played all three of West Perth's Foxtel Cup matches this season but is yet to make his WAFL debut despite having now played 40 reserves matches the last four years, but his chance could come on Saturday.

Chalmers is a lively small forward who has played in the Foxtel Cup this season but could also make his WAFL debut on Saturday with him having kicked 49 goals in 31 reserves matches, and before that 32 goals in 30 colts appearances.

King has come to West Perth this season from Gingin and played in the Foxtel Cup semi-final win over the Western Storm, and now could also be set for his WAFL debut on Saturday.

Lynch is another to have now racked up 37 reserves matches and to have played in the Foxtel Cup this year but awaits a league debut that could come Saturday with Mitch van Berlo, the younger brother of Nathan and Jay, also in the same boat.

Jordan Jones will also be playing his 100th match in the WAFL since being drafted by West Coast from the Geelong Falcons in 2008.

In between his two matches with the Eagles in the AFL, he played 47 WAFL matches with Peel Thunder before joining West Perth once delisted and now having played 49 games with the Falcons in the WAFL and another three in the Foxtel Cup to take his tally to 99 which will become 100 on Saturday.

Incredible comeback by our Colts well done boys...You showed the true WP spirit...

EP 8.5 (53) WP 7.11 (53) A drawn game and looking at the Colts kicking just one or 2 the other way would of won them the game.

Stats... some huge disposals here... Great to see Munns is still up there a future player for the Club for sure.. Had a couple of ressies games and performed well as well. The same could be said for a few of the others. Looks good for the club

GOALS: 2 M.Antonio, 1 D.Munns, A.Allen, J.Horgan, N.Alexandre, T.Moulton
