Mellington was cut by the Dockers after they failed to find him a new home. Four clubs in Melbourne showed interest. If he fails to be picked up by another club, the Dockers are likely to offer him a spot on their rookie list. They are all heart. Josh would like to get back to Melbourne and be close to his family. So Josh may line up for Peel next year, or hopefully a Melbourne based club. Thanks Josh for embracing the West Perth Football Club. Also a little birdie told me that number four may be wearing a black and blue jumper next year, bad enough number eight pulling on a black and blue jumper. I feel sick.

Mellington has quit AFL and is hoping to play in the VFL next year. Would be nice if he would stay at the Falcons.

Silly move from Mellington ..if he was smart he would have first seen if there was any Melbourne club interested in him before declaring he wanted to be traded back there as he would still be at Freo next year otherwise!

He is keen to remain a Falcon and we are all over it.

Great to see the club Merchandise has been updated. I was in need of a new flag to fly off my Caravan. Still in Canberra for a few weeks but back late Jan after a bit of fishing
