Been told by a reliable source that the seconds will start at 9.30 and the colts will start at 11.30. I don't know why or if someone has made a mistake but if its true, that's bullshit.

From the WAFL website

WAFL Semi-Finals will be played at Claremont Oval and Steel Blue Oval this Sunday, September 8.

League games will be played at 2.15pm, Reserves at 9.05am and Colts at 11.35am.

The Reserves and Colts times have been set in conjunction with the 7 WAFL clubs participating in finals, to allow attendance at both venues for the coaching and support staff of clubs featuring in more than one grade at different grounds.

I heard it's more to do with the scouts not wanting to be up at sparrows fart to watch the colts kick dew.

Yep I am still trying to get my head around how I will fill in 3 hours between the WP Reserves game and the League game.. Gee they might have dancing girls at CLaremont. Wonder if there is a fill in game.. Would be a good idea. Nothing on the WAFL Website though??? Is there a AFL game on the TV ?

Wrong!! Do you blokes actually read these posts carefully? after the ressies games the Colts games will be on then the League (which I don't understand) Freo are playing Saturday not Sunday

Thanks for clearing that up Swandog that is a relief.. Tigers v SF at CLA Colts..at 1135 That will be a fill in.. Most probably sneak over the bridge and have a bit of lunch for part of that.

You must admit it is all a bit confusing but wouldnt expect much more from our WAFC administrators Certainly beats the plan a couple of years ago where the Reserves played by the League rules and played at the home grounds of 1st AND 3rd teams.. Gee that was fun.
