Listening to WAFL WORLD last night guest Brett Raponi he spoke of the 20 million being allocated to developing Joondalup.
8 mill to WPFC for sole use and the rest to Venues West.
He sounded a little troubled to me that this would still be passed and the money forthcoming.

Now they are going to build New clubrooms for WPFC giving us our own BAR? and area's for functions.luncheons and I assume change rooms. Not a gym as we already have that.

Sounds good. So what will happen to these area's in the Grandstand?
Maybe other codes will take them up?
I am a bit suspicious of what they will want for the money besides Venues West still owning the ARENA not the WPFC who are still basically tenants.
Why is this amount being given to Arena Joondalup and partly to the WPFC a WAFL club.. I am suspicious that there are ulterior motives.. Call me suspicious if you like but I DONT TRUST GOVERNMENTS BEARING gifts..

The Eagles moving in on Lathlain is another move that mystifies me..Will the EPFC eventually move over there as well.. Nah only joking

Sure it will be explained to the members eventually at length and all my concerns will be for nothing?
Lets hope with the alignment the membership still stays strong and WAFL supporters dont just move on.

Re my question on this show on the main gates.. I ALREADY KNEW NEW GATES WOULD BE BUILT as part of the upgrade.. Bretts answer was not my point.
Last week it was pissing down rain and the volunteers were standing in it as no shelter provided at the main gate.. Now the club could of put up some type of shelter e.g gazebo or a tent. They do have a Bunnings in Joondalup dont they? Football is a winter sport and it will be wet
