Correct BC I can't find anything in the rules about cleared players (other state leagues) returning.
He was cleared by Perth to NA.
I would have thought to appear on our list and the WAFL list he would have to be cleared back.

That's what I would have thought too but could be wrong.

Guys that’s the whole point of the points system. It is set up to equalise the competition even though it’s debatable whether it’s had the desired effect. Players are treated the same as if they were on an AFL list. Take it as gospel.

Obviously you haven't read their stats mate....nothing enlightening....

DD...not sure if 3 wooden spoons would devalue Trops tsf fee worth a tad tho....hopefully for Perth's sake you guys won't find out....

I saw their stats Freez… not very flattering. Dare I say that Perth does not need those sorts of players atm. What we need are experienced key recruits. Believe it or not we have developed a very solid core of players but need to top them up for a drive at finals footy and more.
Troppo and Leggett are keys to achieving that as well as an experienced and quality ruckman, a key forward and others.
We do not need under=achieving cast-offs from other clubs. We have been there and done that for too long. Our recruiting needs to be best quality that we can obtain.

I wonder if Perth will expect a tsf fee from the Brigades Footy club if Trops decides to head home to play in the GNFL?....AFL dream over....won a Sandover in the WAFL, a premiership in the SANFL....done it all in the next level down from the elite....even 3 wooden spoons....Wouldn't surprise me if the Brigades Footy club gazumps us all in getting Trops signature next year.....no place like home I guess

Well if he’s true to his word that may well be the way he goes. He did say it’s AFL or bust according to the report in the West. I doubt any AFL clubs are going to come knocking and Subi is out of the question. Be interesting to see which way his ego takes him. It does sound to me like he thinks he’s a bit too good for Perth these days.

It’d be disappointing if Tropiano was lost to the WAFL. He’d have 4 years left in him at least- but probably looking for some easy dollars and priorities might have changed
