I agree DD...if it was the first time whilst it's a terrible thing to do, you could almost give him benefit of the doubt that it was out of character or whatever, but as a recidivist there's no second or third chance in his case and I'd bar him from playing any WAFC affiliated competition....but will they take away his playing licence on character grounds? not likely imho.

I was about to edit my post BC. No need to you just said it. I've got no problem with him playing ammos or in the bush but the WAFL is a showcase competition for wannabe AFL players and he's blown his chances.

The senior players list on our website features Kieran Delahunty, 26 years old, 195cm forward from the NEAFL. Had a quick look at his stats. Doesn't seem to hit the scoreboard much, but his stats are good for marks. Would he be a 10 point player?

It would be good if we could get Scotney and Levien back next year. Levien could be used down back and free up Taylor to play in the midfield. Scotty could fill the role played by Cary and do a better job of it. Hoping that Johnson stays fit, I rate and would back him to kick 30-40 goals if he plays as a permanent forward.

On paper he fills a need. Forward who can take a mark but can also play in the ruck.
NEAFL looks like a funny league. Never seen a game so just guessing. But the Brisbane reserves I suspect would give Subi a run for their money. Bastinac won the league B&F and he’d star at WAFL. The rest are a mix of AFL reserves teams Giants, Swans, Suns plus a few solid independent Queensland teams and Amateur teams. NT Thunder are no longer part of NEAFL which is why Delahunty was looking elsewhere. NT finished last last season. 2 wins. Often thrashed. Delahunty played all games. Was there leading goal kicker with 17. Not great numbers but the team was crap. The player to get was a midfielder who was their captain but he stayed local.

Going by the East Freo board there’re chasing a couple of Perth players, one being Tropiano, they are not sure who the other is.
We need to keep our best players and add to them if we are to improve.

Maybe once he leaves North Adelaide he reverts back to being a Perth player?
Who are the 2 players?
You have your finger on the pulse down at Moss Street you must have some idea.

Waiting on my mate down at Moss St to email me back 30+...tho sometimes it's really inner circle info that even he isn't privy too until it's over the line...can't see how Trop reverts back to Perth if he leaves NA...not too sure who EF even would want from Perth bar Colledge,Sinclair and Leggett....no talls down at Perth that I can think of...tho be nice to have Ninja, Bennell or Hansen kicking bags for EF instead of against for a change..but as KC said....any good un at PFC would be hard to dislodge considering MRP facilities v Moss St....

I think EF were chasing Leggett last off season so I’d say he is the one. As already said we can’t afford to lose our key players otherwise we will go backwards. We’ve already lost 30 odd possessions per game with Jones retiring.

Don't think so 30+...once he was cleared to NA he becomes their player and it's open slather if he wants to come back to WA.
