Well done Mickey Bennell. Got knuckled all day by Marsh with little protection from umpires. Never gave up.
Great games from Cary and Spencer White. Both showed what they are capable of.

Possibly Spencer's best game for Dees on a day that shouldn't have suited him, Cary growing in stature week by week now fully fit and is an imposing presence in our forward line.
Most impressive thing for me is that improvement hasn't come from one or two imports, it has come from ground up with our own boys now reaching maturity, buying in to game plan, and performing with some consistency.
Almost had a hard on watching Belly return after what he's been thru, not a great day out with a concussion, but he will be like new recruit for us moving forward. A genuine gun and a future captain.
Gibba sensational again, Sinclair deserves to be drafted, Leggett likewise and we look like a much better team when he lines up for us, Cary continues to impress and improve, Colledge must be a smokey for Sandover - he has been consistently outstanding this year, Yeo consistently good, Taylor and BJ consistent, Hendo proving a great run with player, Levien and Nicko playing unsung roles in defence and ruthless in their execution. A lot to like about these boys, well coached, improving weekly and as a long suffering Perthie cant wait to se how deep we can go. Go the Redlegs!

If we beat EP this week I think we will. It has been a big ask for us recently though

Totally agree. He's developing into a quality tall defender. Been a great pick up from EP.

Yep agree he has been playing quite well over the last couple of months.
