It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.

Well done to the kid.....not sure what Ninyette did wrong....obviously those 7 goals v EP meant little....though Lamb was delisted and didn't get redrafted either.....good for Perth tho....

Well done and good luck to the kid.

Just another player in our best lineup that needs replacing.
I'm not holding my breath on any recruiting announcements somehow I can't see us naming the six or more recruits we need just to be competitive.

I am expecting "we will go with what we have" statement to be rolled out.

Well done Gordo. Work on that non preferred side of yours you may need it.
Surprised Zareth Roe missed out but I expect him to one of our big improvers in 2018.
Not surprised the Ninja missed out. Unfortunately the AFL recruiters again ignored talent because of size. Again, he is another with a lot of upside for us next season

Yes congratulations to Gordon , disappointing from a Perth viewpoint but hope he kills it at the Roos

Also congratulations to Channel 10 for mentioning the other 4 WA players taken today but failing to mention Gordon Narrier from Perth!!! Pretty typical

No surprise there WB, Tim Gossage just typical of the arrogance of a Subiaco supporter. It's all about them and has been for the last couple of decades.

Yes, Congrats to Gordy.
I am not too surprised about Ninja, he will get his chance in 2018 to show consistency and maybe build up a little bit.
If Roe stays injury free and maintains a positive outlook he will be one of our best players this year and be snapped up in next years draft.

Well done to Gordon Narrier, should hopefully get an opportunity at North Melbourne with them turning to youth now.

I agree PD. Zareth Roe has the ability to establish himself as a top WAFL player and will probably find an AFL home in next years draft. For now, his draft miss this year will be our gain in 2018.
Same for Ninja. If he can build himself up and improve on the form he showed late in the season his time may come.

Hopefully not just Ninja but all our young kids that debuted this year and last year are able to put on three to four kilograms over the offseason.
