I couldn't blame CJ who is captain for telling a few home truths. That's what he was brought to the club for to try and set an example for others to follow. But that's what happens when you have fkn donkeys in charge that walk around like the club like zombies oblivious to the needs of the coach. Frustration boils over.

Sam Collins and Travis Cloke would make a great start. Collins delisted and Cloke just announced his retirement. That would be a dream pair of bookends.

Wellingham and Hill just delisted by the Eagles.
Wellingham if he continues in the wafl is a must for us being an ex player.

Wellingham over Palmer for me. Just because one is a one point player and the other is over 10. Have to use the points wisely to try and fill as many areas as possible. And that doesn’t mean recruiting a 2 or 3 point player just to play in the ressies all season either.

Touch wood Wellingham does the loyal thing and suits up with you guys next year....quality one pointers are a godsend as they enable you to throw the kitchen sink at quality 10 pointers from else where.....

Would Tom Gorter be worth a look. Would only cost somewhere between 3-5 points as well.

No I wouldn't look at him he's just ok at best imo.

TBH this club needs a Marquee signing a gun player from another WAFL club or an ex AFL player,somebody well known in the industry.
Then hopefully that would have a domino effect and draw a few more good recruits through the door.

Maybe put an offer to Cloke,who knows sillier things have happened

I'm not sure we know what a quality 10 pointer looks like.
We don't recruit more than one at a time.
