While no one is getting carried away after beating Peel and Souths, fact is we are two from two and we can only beat who we come up against. Perhaps worry a bit more about your own team and worry a bit less about D's. signs so far are you are in for a pretty long cold miserable winter.

Agree with PN. Take a bow Matthew Boyle. Presented all day from half forward, even in the shitefull first quarter when we got smashed out of the middle and he created a few of the opportunistic goals that Reimers and Donovon got on the end of.

Bevan's effort to me today was summed up at the 27 minute mark of the last quarter when Moody marked on half back and held the ball up for some "yellow football" and Bevan charged down to present from half forward as if to say fk that, let's win this game. Great captains game.

A win is a win. We got the 4 points and stand 2 and zip without being convincing.
Great captain's game by Bevo (6 goals) and well supported up forward by Reimers (4 goals) and Donovan (3 goals).
At times we seemed to be unable to get the clearances out of the centre so we need to work on that.
Eyres and Leyendekers worked hard on the ball so we will only get even better with Murray to come back into the side. He played a very good game in the ressies today.
Bateman and Butler were superb and showed their AFL experience with steadiness at crucial moments.
We should not be getting carried away with a good start to the season and must remain focussed for the next couple of games (SD and EF) which are going to be big tests and will give us far a better idea of how we are travelling for the season.

Yes Murray was very good today with his attitude.

We just have to teach him how to use a phone when is running late or unable to get to something compulsory.

Don't know what caused it but if all his teammates are prepared to do it he needs to learn from the mistakes.
