Agree LH..but hey 42 does have a SOH......chalk and cheese me thinks Robbo and Reid?....Robbo was a class act looking at some last time success before retiring perhaps...thus going to Subi....whilst Reid maybe looking for any sort of success after his time at Perth....all good reasons come end of the day!

Even with exciting youngster Woodley gone to greener pastures, I find it hard to believe that Polak will oust the likes of D Clarke, Ryan, Halligan, Vermeersch, Nelson, Sokol, but perth let him go...not sure why

That must have been the reason when Robbo did all his pre-season training and Swans. At the end of the pre-season he must have realised that he wasn't good enough to make our league team and as a consequence he moved to a club with a weaker league squad to ensure that he would be selected in Subi's league team.

Mate, fair dinkum...what's that got to do with the Polak situation. A kid with 7 league games to his name

Oh so sorry LaH surely you realised that I was taking the mickey?

Swan, you're taking far too much out of yesterday's game. Guys like Ames, Crowley, Ellard, Riggio, Gault, Ellis, Bennell, etc etc were taking it easy...they've been around far too long to throw themselves into a scratchy.

And I was told that Blight, Daniels and Ugle are still to come in as well.

Swans are a top 5 side no doubt

Given that Subiaco, Peel, East Perth and Claremont are certainties to take up 4 of the 5 positions and the club most likely to take the 5th spot is South Freo how do we manage to finish in the top 5?

Which Daniels would that be and didn't Ugle play?

Of the above who didn't play yesterday?

My top 5 in order are:

1 Subiaco (to finish at least 20 points in front of the second team);
2 Claremont;
3 East Perth;
4 South Freo; and
5 Peel.

What are your top 5 teams?

Well, I'm not sure

I think Claremont, South Peel, Swans and then a bunch contending for 5th including subi, depending on if we can get some of these injured blokes back.

My understanding is that Ugle played ressies and J Daniels and Blight didn't play at all.

But as I said, some of your experienced veterans were just easing themselves in.

Jeepers Swan, the first thing we were all told by our elders when we got into footy was don't take too much notice of scratchy results....individuals yes, teams no

Who is currently on Subis injured list. Also are we likely to see Yarran back at Subi this year?

Well, at the moment, from what I can tell, we have Hancock, Madut, Williamson, Chapman, Beverley, Halligan, Creeper, D Clarke, Hooper, Kennedy, Waters, Wade, Adamson, Heal, Scafidi, Dowrick, Bestry, Wheeler, Stevenson, Sokol, Walters, Cockie

Not sure about Yarran mate....
