Superb and we are the lease holder. I haven't read through everything but I can't see how we would be under a venue management arrangement.

Can't remember exact number but I think the grandstand will have a capacity of around 820 and there are about 200 seats marked for away supporters so everyone has access not like Joondy's previous arrangement and from the sounds of it, East Fremantle's new digs.

And it's all elevated with a concourse area across the front for spectators to stand and view the game or walk through.

Also fully glassed behind the seating areas so patrons enjoying the air conditioning and a frothy can have uninterrupted views of the match.

Going to be a shit load of solar panels too to keep our costs down.

So we haven’t negotiated the same deal as the Belgravia Sharks then?

Is there going to be a can bar or dollars deck or something similar?

Looks great. I doubt that there would be a can bar except maybe the existing one in the scoreboard pocket.
I have only briefly perused the 19 pages atm but at first glance it is looking good.

Just looked at the plans.
The new facility is superb and will be the envy of all other Clubs.
Yes the Community space is separate including it's own kitchen.
The building is about the PFC including the huge main hall and members bar and main bar.
With all due respect to the current administration who are putting the finishing touches on it, we need to give a great deal of credit to the hard work of Colin Lofts, Bob Shields and their team who worked tirelessly for 5 or 6 years to make this happen.
We are seeing the benefit of their experience in the property and hospitality sector coming to fruition.
With a facility like this the future of the Perth Football Club is looking very bright indeed.
So much for moving lol.
Congratulations on a job well done.

A lot of people I speak to care about a can bar and would prefer if there was one included in the new facilities.

The can bar adds to the atmosphere on game days.

Hopefully Barra has made sure there is an area for the camera’s without having to sacrifice a bunch of seats for cameras to cover games.

Would be ten times better with a facility like this or even better at our own venue in touch with our growth zones and in total control of our ground. Today I was told the EAGLES will not open the ground until 15 to 20 minutes before the game. Fkn ridiculous, people had to walk around to the Eagles headquarters to get in. I waited in the car until they opened the gates.
