opposing teams, Clubs and officials need to understand that this great Club will no longer stand crap.
Obviously reminded someone of the free kick count.
Not that it helped much.
They can no longer simply ignore obvious free kicks to Perth.

On the back of an 8-0 quarter time free kick count, which cost us a chance to really capitalise on a good breeze in that quarter, I understand his frustration. But as an official, it is the wrong thing to do. There are protocols for raising concerns about umpires. We also lost two players to suspension from the SD game. It doesn't help the club to allow frustration to boil over on or off field.

Any chance of accountability for the fkn shite umpiring performance by these three clowns or is it the typical North Korean response from the WAFC that's there nothing to see here?

Promote young Ryan Harrison up to umpire league games. Best young emerging umpire in the comp by a fkn mile.

Request an urgent meeting with the Umpires department. The club should be represented by Senior people including the president, CEO and coach. Outline the concerns with the umpiring, giving specific examples of decisions made and ones that were missed. Make some requests in relation to how the club will be treated in future.
To me this is a far more effective and mature strategy by the club which I reckon would still draw a line in the sand. Much better than the Senior coach behaving like a goose in front of players and spectators. 

I agree grievances need to be aired in the correct forum.
However, did you notice that our first free kick came in the second quarter? 
There is no accountability, the WAFL comes out to say nothing wrong.
The blatant ignoring of obvious free kicks to some Clubs is so obvious it amounts to cheating.
Ever noticed how some players get half their kicks from frees but never give any away?
That can't be a free kick that's so and so, he's a good player.
Why do you think a clean ball player like Byrne got frustrated?

I'm sure there is enough money in past player funds to pay for this but agree with comments by Mikey - there are better ways to do this, this action now gives every amateur coach licence to abuse umpires on the weekend, and when actions happen at that level, they are harder to control.

Yep, fair enough, you make a good point about setting standards. I think Barra referenced that in his response on behalf of the club. Be good if accountability went both ways at WAFL level though. 

Dazzler, accountability is an issue right across the board, and I fear no one will ever come out and say the umpires got it wrong, we see every week in the AFL, when there is a close decision that on Monday the footy department reviewed it and were happy the decision made was the right one.
