Perth have the guts / determination / spirit, they lack skills. If German can keep at least a dozen players to 140 games plus and improve the skills Perth will be in the top four teams. The bloke that played on Keitel today did a bloody good job so even though it was a big loss, the Perth boys, showed a rugged style of play.
Well said Winger and thanks. We've got the best man at the helm. He'll sort out the wheat from the chaff, unfortunately atm there is a bit too much chaff but sorry I've said it a few times, Rome wasn't built in a day. We are coming from a country mile back.

There is no bigger critic of our team at times than ourselves but sometimes you just got to look for the positives after the dust settles. Football is an emotional game and we fkn hate losing and feeling humiliated, but I believe Peter German has us on the right track.

I daresay German has never taken on a bigger challenge in his life. But he doesn't back away from a challenge. Maybe at times he's said to himself this is worse than I thought it was but we've all found ourselves in that situation a few times in life haven't we?

Stick fat boys and stick at it, that goes for the players and us supporters. No pain no gain.

Peter German has had a bigger football challenge and one that he gladly , and very swiftly , walked away from
He was briefly coach of Mandurah before Subiaco called

Don’t go easy, but can you tell me another club who has struggled for so long in the last 40 years? Is it finals 2/3 times in that period?
Just saying, there must be something going on down there

It’s no good bagging the Perth Football Club, it serves no purpose. The Perth football has a long history and it has to be preserved. I saw Bill Dempsey and Denis Cometti with some of the Perth’s past greats, this is WAFL, the pig pen, this is WAFL,

Look no further than the demographics of the zones they have been left with..leaving aside the brown paper bags and white goods appearing on the front verandah...

I was In the Pig Pen yesterday, but when all they have to cheer about is their captain kicking a goal, that is sad.

There doesn’t seem to be the values ETC…. That some of the top clubs swear by

Well that’s changing under German. But he’s taken the helm of Perth not Subiaco who were regular finalists prior to him taking over. You have to be a Perth supporter who takes the time to watch and listen what’s going on.

Really ...??? He backed away from Peel and went to a ready made side at Subi...:)

Perhaps that’s more of a reflection of Peel than German. He must have only had a 1 year contract at Peel and perhaps they didn’t like his style? He was a playing coach at Peel. Subi obviously pounced with their considerable size cheque book at that time. He coached Peel to 7 wins in 2002.
