Just heard of the sad passing of former Perth, East Perth and Subiaco player Mick Ray, aged just 70. Mick played 88 games for the Demons from 1969-74, then 65 for East Perth from 1975-79 and finally 4 games for Subi in 1980. He was a tough, no nonsense, honest player. Condolences to his loved ones.

Good heavens, another passing of a good footballer.  70 is not old in today’s world.  RIP Mick.
