On that point BH, Fremantle have been told by the AFL that the alignment must end very soon. Both WA teams must have stand alone teams non negotiable. So the thoughts of a ten team competition with Peel to stay aligned is not a reality.

I'm not sure I agree with freez to be honest Dwert....if Subi's mids were all healthy and in form then I think he'd have a fair point but Horsley currently has a knee strain and Phelan is returning from a long term injury so think the likes of Schloithe, Kelly, Hams and co will be a pretty good match.

Cook, Hockey, Kelly wow I think the game hinges on Liam Ryan he must be smashed every time he goes near the football. Keep him quite and I think South can kick a winning score.

With respect to the finals Swans were significantly in front of Souths at Freo Oval not so long ago. Depending on what the two WA domiciled AFL clubs do with respect to the number allowed to play in the WAFL finals will directly impact on whether they lose all the finals they play in or one or both end up playing in the WAFL GF.

Probably by better I mean Subi's mids perform in big games...reckon if Kelly, &Schloithe esp stand up in the finals they could put extra pressure on Subi's mids....quick ball out of the centre will definitely give SF forwards more opportunity to put pressure on Subi's defence....Garlett could be SF X factor.....speed is something SF will need to use to get over Subi....would love a SF v Subi GF
