The O'Reilly section & along the terrace is probably the jewel

It's the outer under the wall south of the scoreboard that's interesting for the future , there'll be some condo's with superlative views over the oval & of Port Freo out to Rotto

North East corner gates & moretons to stay

getting Freo CC back in the city is a great idea Bazza. I wonder if anyone has floated it? it would reduce costs as Stevens Street must cost a fortune to maintain....

Well yes & then no

Sure you could see it that SFFC will lose a tenant AFL presence , but not their identity & presence in their own right.

And hey , right now we are the only true unmoved presence in Fremantle

I can say that literally once more

And with the residential plan underway , well I'm sure you can gain a rough calculation together as to how much coin will be generated

Oval can be used for any purpose now for revenue

Fremantle the Town has been through one hell of a lot more than just one ,reasonably new, football club in it's history no problem surviving this at all

Yes mate, was muted some years ago. Now is the time to get it moving again.

The land up at Stephens, would be prime redevelopment residential wise. Only issue is I think Hockey still use it in winter.

FCC were having issues financially as you say costs mounting to keep it going.

BC knowing freo you may be aware that shared facilities are coming more and more, you probably know the Freo Workers Club has moved into SFFC, this is a temporary set up, awaiting the new Fremantle Park shared facility that will include Fremantle Tennis Club, Fremantle Bowling Club,CBC and the Workers.

Financially all the bodies are stricken, the dynamics for these clubs are very different today compared to the 1970s.

Can see only gains with the departure of the shockers, with the property redevelopment bringing in long term revenue, a new shared facility with EFFC, a game every week of the season as well as finals. Functions and ground hire as well. What did they really give us??? not much I can see, they even stopped playing pre seasons games long ago, apart from the "girls" last week.

hey mate...is that CBC footy and/or cricket or CBC school? I would have thought footy are pretty much entrenched at Buzzacott.

Been years in planning , it isn't any flash in the pan - ready to go , except there'll be another now suddenly extremely lucky major tenant

I see on the Claremont board it's indicated a crowd limit of around 5000 - this one would be upwards of 10000 stadium still
