Went Sat to look at the colts and reserves my observations.
Colts - far too good for the Subi youngsters and had we kicked straighter and made more use of our inside 50s we could have won more comprehensively. An even spread of talent and performers Faulkner , Russell , Burke , Pearson all were very good performers. The kid that I like is Bolton only kicked 1 goal 4 points but very elusive , quick and clever around goals might be useful getting him into our senior list asap..
Reserves - Got beaten comfortably and Subi were far too good. They were more slicker and cleaner in their midfield and had a couple of forwards who looked very dangerous everytime the ball went into them.
I only stayed for the first half imo Tim English looked good and should play league soon, Schloithe got a fair bit of football and will do well with the run, Edwards played did not do a huge amount in the first half but got mentioned in the best players. A few positives from a pretty tough weekend on footy.
