We need a lot more than Ben Saunders. A fit Ben Saunders would be very handy but he's not tall enough for a full forward. All full backs are inches taller than him.

What in your opinion do we need Roman? Agree a fit and committed Saunders would be handy, but we need more.
The step up in standard from Reserves to League is still a tough task to make, people always seem to undersestimate it. A number of our current crop of quality young reserves players are going thru a transition period at the moment, they will be good long term league footballers for our club if they can hang tough thru this transition period(need a good crop of development coaches and good leadership on and off the field to ensure that the environment is right). Unfortunatley it still will not guarantee that all of the youngsters will be patient and understanding and stay to await their opportunities.

2 key position & 1 ruckman for starters

Dwert we need everything from front to back starting with a ruckman but the way people are talking down there we aint going to get it. They are just going to stick with the kids and pick up one or two ex-players who get delisted like they normally do.
