That's a fair bit of experience there Southerner. Your club have been giving the kids some games now for the last 2-3 seasons so hopefully this means that the losses don't impact you as much.

SFFC, are entering a very long period of being in the doldrums, we struggled this year , a huge clean out pf talent on top of that, will be near impossible to make up.

This is the 4th straight year of no finals under Haitts administration, we have terrible finances and limited ability to afford recruits.

I'm expecting us to fight out for the wooden spoon next year.

Southerner in my opinion the outs in 2016 of White , Mugambwa , Sellar are not going to be major, each of those mentioned have not been in great onfield form all year.
Same with Bairstow and to a lesser extent Gillespie who I believe we played out of position for the most part of the year as a backman(recruited as a forward and potentially very mercurial)

Their general experience will be missed but can be overcome with good selective recruiting to cover their loss and to improve areas in our club that we need to improve in. ie two good quality midfielders , one of each a key forward and defender , two medium defenders with size and pace and one quality ruckman,Branchi will be fine in the coming years if he does not get drafted? however he is still very raw and inexperienced.
Talk of other player losses are premature at this point, lets get thru the reserves finals campaign and then allow TC to sit down and earn his keep as a coach.Retaining as many of our current playing group should be one of his first priorities, unfortunatley as with all football clubs you will always find players will leave for a host of reasons.

Yes they did but when they play league they just don't cut it. In other words they are very good resies players.
